with a bushcraft stag weekend |
||||
For
a weekend with a real difference, come to the West Country & go wild.
From Bush Tucker to Barolo, our stag weekends are all about excellent
local food & drink, and the great outdoors!
From fire-making challenges to bush tucker trials, carving with a survival knife and using throwing spears or bushcraft bows & arrows, it's new and fascinating for most people. After your final challenge, you are a team of fully fledged hunters and gatherers. Typically our stag groups are professional guys who want to do something that's outdoors, intellectually stimulating as well as a whole lot of fun. CALL 01761 463356 FOR OUR 2011 BROCHURE. A typical weekend includes 2 nights accommodation with breakfast, a 2 course supper on one evening using local, high quality farm produce - Aberdeen Angus beef, Shetland lamb or Saddleback pork, and a full day of bushcraft activity including lunch. Additional activities for Friday afternoon, or Sunday morning, if required, include mountain biking, orienteering, or target archery. A whittling session on Friday night is also an option. We also offer GoWild goody bags which can be pre-ordered containing top quality items you will learn to use on the weekend - Firesteel, Tinder Sticks, Spork & a Frosts MORA Swedish Army knife, together with a personalised certificate of completion. GoWild goody bags enable you all to carry on carving, whittling & lighting fires long after the stag weekend! |
